Kirsten is a true gem! Her passion for healing the body from the inside out and using nutrition to do so is apparent from the first meeting - and it’s contagious! Kirsten’s knowledge of the biology of our bodies and particularly the digestive system is vast and impressive. She truly gets to know you individually to create a plan specific to your physical, medical, emotional and lifestyle needs. Kirsten has been able to motivate me to commit to small long-term changes that build upon each other to knock even the most stubborn ox (me!) to change her ways! She even created meal planning that included prep tricks and healthy short cuts that allowed me to feed myself, my husband and my child, all of whom have our own issues with foods or eating habits, which simplifies my life. For a busy working mom, this is worth it’s weight in gold.
