We start with a FREE call with a nutritionist. This allows us to understand your goals, lifestyle and preferences.
Basic
Your in home Culinary Nutritionist will spend anywhere from 4-6 hours cooking for you in your home kitchen. When they leave your fridge will be full and your kitchen as they found it.
Intermediate
Next we plan. Weekly menus are created for you or your family. Menus are personalised to meet your individual needs and preferences.

Now its time for you to ENJOY! Let your personal Culinary Nutritionist know what you loved and what you did not and they plan for next weeks menu.

What’s Included:

Personalised menus sent to you weekly
Cooking and prep work is done in your home stored in reusable containers ready for you to enjoy.
4-6 hours of prep and cooking
Example of what van be made in this time:
2 Breakfasts for easy grabbing (ie. overnight oats or smoothie packs)
4 mains (ie. 2 fully cooked and 2 prepped- meat marinating or precooked, veggies chopped, etc)
1 snack (ie. muffins, protein energy balls)
Does NOT include the cost of food or grocery shopping
Add ons are available: grocery shopping, additional meals, cooking for additional people, kids lunch prep, or batch cooking for you freezer.
