The power of learning as a group is incredible.

Having other people on your journey with you. As women we can be incredibly unkind to ourselves. We have goals and desires but the path from where we are NOW to where we want to go is often murky, daunting and overwhelming.

I have developed a series of group classes to help you learn to support and NOURISH yourself from the inside out. This a series of group coaching style program to support women to learn how to use food to build and support their health! To gain tools and understanding of food at a deeper level.

Eating to Thrive -March 31- April 29

This four-week module will teach you about food and it's importance when wanting to:

  • nourish your body

  • balance mood

  • increase energy

  • manage weight

  • support hormones

  • improve health

During this module you can expect:

  • an introduction to food and how our body uses food as it’s primary energy source

  • 4 weeks of eating to thrive meal plans and recipes

  • an in-depth dive into carbohydrates, fats and protein, hydration and why we need it all

  • how day to day living can support our food choices

  • support in understanding how to make small changes that will support and make eating to nourish a lifestyle.

  • ONE online cooking class 'Meal Prep Made Easy'

Balancing Blood Sugar- May 5- 27

This four-week program will teach you about blood sugar and it's importance when wanting to:

  • increase energy

  • reduce cravings

  • improve sleep

  • manage weight

  • support hormones

  • improve health (blood pressure, risk of diabetes & CVD)

During this module you can expect:

  • an introduction to Continuous Glucose Monitoring

  • 4 weeks of blood sugar balancing meal plans and recipes

  • blood sugar 'hacks' so you can still enjoy the food you want to, without the blood sugar spikes

  • weekly lessons on various aspects of blood sugar balance so that you can feel more energetic, stop craving sweets, improve your sleep and manage weight

  • support in understanding how make small changes that will support your lifestyle

  • ONE online cooking class 'Eating for Awesome Energy'

  • tools to support your body through stressful times

  • stress resilient and building foods

  • 4 weeks of stress resilient meal plans (including complete grocery list and recipes)

  • stress strategy 'hacks'

  • weekly lessons on various aspects of stress and your body so that you can learn to support your body to move through stress so that you can feel more energetic, have control of that stress eating, improve your sleep and much more

  • support in understanding how make small changes that will support your lifestyle

  • ONE online cooking class 'Cooking for Good Digestion’
