Dill Cashew Dip

Dill Cashew Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Flax oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small Zucchini, chopped
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Fresh Dill
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak cashews for 6 hrs in filtered water.
- Drain and rinse cashews.
- Place all ingredients into high speed blender or food processors and process until smooth.
- Enjoy with veggies, crackers or on salad.
